I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is definitely the highlight, right next to Treyarnon bay! Easy access (I drove) with clear signposts and I think there is a bus stop that is a short walk away that can get you to Padstow or Newquay in the other direction! Facilities were all great: good car park, brand new, fantastic self catering kitchen facilities (although they could do with a measuring jug and weighing scales!) and a good lounge area where a fire was going every night. You are right on the SW Coast Path so there are lovely walks straight outside the door! I stayed in the female dorm located at the front of the hostel, so we had amazing sea views and I loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves! There is an excellent cafe/restaurant for those who do not intend to cook with breakfasts that looked very good! The rooms and bathrooms were slightly tired but I understand that they are closing over Christmas to renovate the so I think it's going to be even better when I return! I would highly recommend staying here, £10 per night is an absolute bargain (£7 if you're a member!) and even in December I enjoyed walking every day and there were still a couple of people staying to chat to :)More
