I was visiting family in Glauchau traveling with my elderly mother and 2 sons and was surprised to find such a nice place. The staff was very nice both in the hotel and in the restaurant. They were very helpful as well. The restaurant was very good and I was grateful that it was right in the hotel because it made it easier to eat dinner than searching for another place. There was also free wi-fi which was spotty at times, but when it worked, worked well. We happened to be here during the hottest days of summer so no air conditioning (typical for most places) really was a problem and because there are no screens on the window, there were many bugs in the room. Again, this is typical for Germany, but there were more bugs here compared to the other places I stayed during this trip.More
