We stayed at the hotel's cabin for 3 nights and it was great (were a family of two parents and three young kids).
The cabin had a small kids room with 3 beds and a tv, and the main bedroom had a big jacuzzi, a small kitchen, a bar table, a small sofa, a king size bed and a huge hanging tv. the bathroom was pretty big, it was very clean and had a private sauna. the balcony had a table with 4 chairs and we had a private back yard with an amazing view to the Kinneret.

Breakfast - good variety that includes salads, different eggs, cheeses, breads and plenty of spreading's, yogurts, tea coffee and juice and croissants and cupcakes.

room service - mainly includes ordering pizza or sandwiches (reasonable prices) and is a great solution for families that are not getting full board that includes dinner at the dinning room. There are no any other close by solutions for dinner if you wish to eat in the room and all restaurants/fast food chains are about a 30 minute drive.

The hotel is very quite, kids friendly and clean. There is a kids pool and a large swimming pool that has a life guard - both are not heated.

I recommend the hotel and will definitely go back.

My husband and I visited the hotel.
We had a great time, the cabins are well equipped, very clean and the view is beautiful.
The place itself is great and I can’t wait to come again.
We got breakfast to the room with a box- nothing was missing!!!

So we came to the wooden hut which is lovely. This is a great place to visit with kids!

Pay attention - the wooden huts share a small yard with another hut. Not very private, we didn’t care :)

Pros:
- the hut is pretty spacious, has a yard, master bed and another small room with 2 beds.
- each hut has a balcony and a small garden which was nice.
- breakfast during covid day was amazing! They pack it all so you can take it to a picnic, and it was all delicious.

Cons:
- for a price of 1300 nis per night I would expect to:
- have some better maintenance of the hut
- better cleaning (mold in the corners of the
bath)
- when we ask for extra coffee not hear “we
are understaffed, can you come and get
it?”
- We had to ask for a broom - never got it

Overall we had a very good experience, and we would probably come back, but not for this price. This is a price we pay for a 5 star hotel around the world.

The Ramot Resort is located on a beautiful piece of land. I assume when there is no COVID that access to the pool and other facilities on their property makes this an amazing place to stay. Though we loved our room, the landscape around us and the general area, the hotel is obviously not truly set-up to handle the COVID situation. We stayed for four days. As the cafeteria is closed, food is delivered to your room. To start with, the overall quality of the food was pretty dismal for such an expensive hotel. Perhaps consulting with a nutritionist would have helped. Also, there was no place to eat in our room. We dragged in the table, which was super small, from the porch. We had our kids and grandkids over for Shabbat and there was no place for all of us. Also, there was no place to heat up your meal. We did bring a hot plate, but you would think they would have had something. There were almost no dishes or utensils either. In addition, one would think that at least a broom and a dustpan would be provided so that one could clean-up each day. Nope. What was really amazing was that the front desk deserted the place from Friday night until Sunday. There were literally no dedicated people working there and fill-in security staff, who really are devoid of understanding of what customers need, were left in charge. Really? That was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen. Finally, we had to move some things in the room and could not believe how dirty the room was. It was disgusting, to say the least. Hey, I know they are trying and that in these very difficult times we should be grateful to have such wonderful places. However, let people know in advance that a skeletal staff will be left in charge and that you should bring your own plates, utensils and tables if you wish to eat in your room.

Room tip: Get a dust pan and a large table. Ask about the food first. Rooms facing the Kinnert are amazing I would suppose .

We stayed overnight in a cabin. The staff was friendly- all wearing masks. The cabin was very clean with the extra amenity of a hygiene box which included masks, alcogel and gloves. Grounds are immaculate and the pool crystal clear. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. All guests were required to wear masks and gloves.
