We stayed for 6nights with children (10y & 12y) in late March 23. What a fabulous option for us! We were in room #206 with a queen bed in one room & bunk bed section in another. The new sauna/steam/pool area is FABULOUS! Options at breakfast are great. Our room very comfy, VERY clean. Only thing I would recommend is more hooks/shelves for people that are staying for quite a few nights. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Balcony with fab views where we kept our groceries like a fridge. Location is brilliant for getting to slopes/lessons or into town for supermarket/restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the third time that we have returned because of the great location, good amenities, wonderful ambience and the food is delicious. Dinner was way above expectations, breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in a skiing hotel. My son and family stay in this hotel year after year and they recomended this place to us, what a find!
Many rooms are all refurbished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool and new Hydro Spa are simply heaven. The bar and restaurant are comfortable with great service. We also had our 9 year old grandson with us and he loves the kids' room which is not far from the bar area, so you can have a drink while kids are playing happily.
All the staff that we came into contact with, from the reception to the restaurant to the bar staff were all super prepared, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, anything we asked for they did their absolute best to deliver.

Definitely be returning as soon as we can!

We stayed here for a week in Jan 23 whilst skiing. It was a fantastic experience. The room and hotel common areas were tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and the staff were all first rate. The food was very good, but for us personally, the meat was not as well cooked as we would ordinarily have it. This was easily resolved once we learnt the French for 'well done' :) This didn't however detract from the dining experience over the week. The hotel is well situated for the slopes and a few minutes walk into the village. The spa was also a nice bonus, allowing us to relax after a day's skiing. We would definitely recommend Hotel Alpina.
