What a lovely hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had a large room with a balcony, sitting area, plenty of storage, separate W.C and a decent sized bathroom with bath/overhead shower. There is a decent sized swimming pool with jacuzzi and also a spa area with sauna and steam room. We didn't try any spa treatments. For meals there were 3 separate restaurants all of which served great food. We could never manage to eat 3 courses although they were included in the room. The bar area is lovely with plenty of seating and good service, a great place to relax after a hard day skiing.The hotel itself is located at the foot of the ski slopes almost adjacent to a fast modern chairlift and a telecabin lift. you are able to ski almost back to the hotel, only a small road to cross. My only negative comment, and it is very minor, is that the ski lockers are a little small. I would love to return to this hotel for another holiday. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday very enjoyable.

Great hotel - awesome restaurants, lovely bar and spa was brill. Staff super friendly. Room was very nice and really comfy bed, however can be noisy on the front by the ski lifts, ask for a room down the side!! Great location at the heart of everything. Will return.
