My son and I had a short break just before Christmas. I have to say tis was our 3rd stay here and it gets better and better. The food deserves a special mention. The staff are wonderful throughout and I am looking forward to returning with all the family in February. Well done to all
It was my first time visiting Les Gets and Staying at Hotel Christiania, and I can not find one flaw with it. The hotel was amazing. The staff were lovely, the food was exquisite and the rooms were impeccable, not to mention the hotel is located on the slopes. Just pop you skis on and your ready to hit the lift. Overall it was one of the best experiences I have ever had (made not only by the skiing and how iridescence and attractive Les Gets is, but by Hotel Christiania).... I miss the food so much :)
Where to start? Quite simply the best Christmas & Hogmanay I’ve had in a long time, festive fun at its best. The Christiania enjoys the best location in the village by a long shot, it really is “ski in, ski out”. The welcome you receive is second to none and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful, always a big plus when John King (owner) is in residence. Our room was lovely, warm and clean with comfortable beds. Gorgeous little bar with friendly banter and open fire, enjoy a few pre dinner drinks before a superb dining experience. The food here is wonderful and the menu now includes excellent vegan & vegetarian options. Can I recommend this place........? Most definitely a big YES
We’ve just left Hotel Christiania after spending a fabulous week there skiing and enjoying the culinary delights from the kitchen.
We really cannot rate this place highly enough, from the wonderful reception from both the owners and staff to the fabulous location right at the bottom of the slopes this place has it all.
John can genuinely not do enough for you, if you are reading this trying to summarise as to whether you should take the plunge or not... just do it.
John dealt with the stress of transfers, equipment hire and lessons onboard so we could just kick back and enjoy.
Thanks again guys for a fabulous stay, we will hopefully get over sometime again this year for another great week in Les Gets.

Wonderful and charming hotel run by excellent hosts. The most idyllic stay in between Xmas and New Year. Super young staff delivering an attentive and engaging service. Food was simply excellent. If you are looking for a half board hotel that encompasses, ski in, ski out, great rooms, excellent food and wonderful hospitality. Look no further.
