Fantastic hotel, great welcome, good price. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna all open in the winter with good timings and no extra cost. Convenient for skiing. Stayed with my daughter and no complaints. Remember to bring dishwasher tabs if you intend to use the kitchenette; and shampoo and conditioner. Used Alpybus for transfer - excellent. UsedHub for ski hire - excellent price, brand new kit this season, right at the bottom of the drag lift next to Chavannes Express so convenient for storing kit at the end of the day - would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been meaning to write this for close to a year now !!
We stayed 14 nights over Christmas and New year 2018/2019 and i must say we could not have asked for a better family Hotel. The hotel is well owner managed , with i think 3rd Generation Edith at the helm!
Nothing is impossible or too much for her and her team . The Hotel is so well positioned in terms of closeness to the Lifts , not only the Chavanes Express but to Mont Cherry too . Its within walking distance to all restaurants and small pubs like BarBush which makes it a pleasure to walk around the village and or leave the teenagers in the room while mom and dad pop out for a quick drink !!
Breakfast at the hotel is far more than you would expect , adding something different where u get to make your own eggs on their fryer and squeeze your own fresh juice .. the pastries and breads are just amazing , and there is always a friendly face to see that all is going smoothly.
Coming off the slopes was as fun as getting on the slopes , because you knew the warm heated pool , followed by the hot Jacuzzi and steam room was waiting !!
The hotel is like home from home , and those who arrive by car , have their own undercover parking on site !!
OH - and the breakfast room is transformed into a games room/pub , where u get to play darts , pool , and every single old fashioned board game you can imagine - ENOUGH to get your kids off WIFI !! Which by the way worked very well !!
