Stayed here for a long weekend - father and son.

Hotel is very well placed - ski hire next door on one side; carrefour (supermarket) next door on the other. The main Les Gets lift (Chavannes) is a very short walk away.

Our room was small but functional. Twin beds. Ample storage. Desk area with 2 chairs. Narrow (2'6") but comfortable beds. Small balcony (balcony is probably the exception at this hotel). Small communal lounge area. The smell from the restaurant does teams to sort around the public spaces - not always nice. Small but adequate communal ski store (no individual ski lockers). Safe in the bedroom. 2 sockets. TV. Hairdryer. No teamaking in the room. Breakfast buffet perfectly acceptable - not sure what earlier reviews were anticipating - choice of 3 cereals; continental available; scrambled egg and bacon (but no other hot food choice).

This 'hotel' is great for location but unfortunately that is the only positive about this hotel. I use the term hotel loosely. After one night we left and found accommodation in a lovely hotel 2 minutes up the road.
We were emailed the day before our arrival to be told there had been a problem with someone else's room so we had been moved into another room (not sure why we were affected by someone else's issue) - after booking 2 doubles we were given 1 double and 1 twin - which they had tried making in to a double room - unfortunately there was barely enough room to move around the bed.
The rooms are beyond dated, the floors are rickety and you here every footstep guests make. The walls are paper thin so we were woken up from 3am onwards with guests coming in - its nice to go and find the noise if you want to party in a bar, but you don't want it once you have gone back to the hotel to rest.
The beds were broken - 2 singles put together to make a double in each room & they weren't level. You are given 1 thin pillow each.
Public areas are very modern and well decorated - just a shame this hasn't been carried on to the hotel. Definitely overpriced for what they offer.
When we said we were leaving the next morning after only staying 1 night, they weren't surprised at all as they knew the rooms weren't to a good enough standard.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and well located near the ski lifts. Good wifi.

However, very small room with three (short) single beds crammed in, and dirty old cobwebs on the paper thin walls. Ridiculously small bath tub. Quite a bit of road noise, and other guest noise, so not peaceful.

The car park was a dangerous ice skating ring with no attempt made to make it safe while we were there. Better to park in the streets and walk to the hotel.

The public areas are modern, fresh and trendy, but the bedrooms are old and poorly furnished. This hotel is well overpriced for the size and level of accommodation it provides.

And, I have never felt so worried in a hotel room. Essentially a wooden chalet with only one staircase up four floors but no smoke detectors or sprinkler system that I could see!

Sadly, on balance, I cannot recommend. And if safety is your prime concern in bed at night, you may wish to avoid.

A lovely hotel. Its nothing fancy but has everything you need, nice staff and excellent location in center of town. Staff where helpful, breakfast was adequate, rooms good. Its between the two ski lifts and right opposite the Irish bar (no noise from it !)

Visited for a night to watch Le Tour. Staff were amazingly kind, helpful and friendly. As a result of an unexpected travel delay, we arrived well after the staff should have left but still were given a warm welcome. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Very central location, good value, clean simple room with comfortable beds. Despite other negative comments posted here, we thought the breakfast was plentiful and good value.
