We chose this place because it offered some vegetarian options, which are not common in Cassis. It obviously caters to the tourists, and staff are rushed, but we were welcomed straight in to a table at 1:30pm. About ten minutes to get a menu, and another ten to order, but food was on the table at 1:57pm.
And good food it was too. Massive portions of fish stew, lamb, seabream and vegetable pasta. All was polished off, accompanied by gratuit water and bread. The fish stew ("a la bouillabaisse" had three mussels, one shrimp, some sausage, and large chunks of tasty white fish.
It's right by the port but you don't get much of a view - mostly parked cars and motorcycles, and a small fountain. You can see boats on the see if you look carefully.
So, all in all, it was absolutely fine. I post this somewhat to counter the other reviews that say the place is terrible - yes the staff are in a rush and not in a mood to chat, but perfectly helpful if you catch one and ask for something. Toilets fairly clean too.
