Seems like those several rooms were created for pilgrims, as we heard a story. Very basic but nice, clean and sunny: two windows for 3 peoples room. My son with his family stayed there for 3 nights at room #4, and we visited it several times.
Location is to dream about! It was not easy to find it first night, the sign is small and it is a few steps to the right of the Main Street, just behaind the terraces, almost a half- way up to the Abbey. Very old historical building, remarkable experience, affordable price. The place where we picked up the key is on the left soon after the gate to the island. They gave us the map but it was dark and we cannot see it well. It took us about 7-9 minutes to find the rooms. It was fun to look for it. The kids liked the process, it felt like an adventure in that real medieval town! We would definitely recommend it.More
