We had a sea view room with a balcony overlooking the marina. It was delightful. We were in the centre of town with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They gave good restaurant recommendations and helped us plan each day. We were given a detailed instructions how to get to Montpellier by public transport and were given a map highlighting the best places to visit. Breakfast was traditional French with fresh bread croissants and pastries and excellent coffee. We thoroughly recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Sea view better than garden although it costs more but is worth it.

This hotel is great, its got that fun by the sea atmosphere, and everyone could not be more helpful, incredible sea view from our room and private parking too, the area is great for walking, with so many great restaurants, all in all it was a great stay, would definitely stay here again

Room Tip: choose first floor room with terrace

we had no booking and lucky for us they had a room - first floor (no lifts but small hotel) so myself, husband and 4 month old baby checked in. the room was large and despite our sudden arrival they had placed a baby bath, great sized cot and extra blankets/towels in room. Couldnt have been more helpful! the man on reception was polite and welcoming but the two ladies, one older, one with brown hair (and had a young daughter) were exceptionally professional - friendly, helpful, smiling, chatty, they really stood out and made our stay very relaxed. they all had excelent english. the room was large and had enough room for fridge, tv etc and table and chairs. air con was awesome and bathroom shower fab. the balcony had fantastic beautiful views and i could sit in sun while baby slept and husband enjoyed the pool. the pool was warm and sooo quiet! perfect!! the breakfast is plentiful of breads and pastries, cheese and jams etc and served around the pool - the friendly sparrows come down to beg! very cute!! The hotel is perfectly situated -- i believe in best position - away from main drag but stunning 2 min walk past marina to get there. facing the sea so you get the sunsets and views. although a little tired in places, we liked that, as if this was a boutique hotel - as indeed with a few tweeks it could be - it wouldnt be so reasonable and would loose its charm. the area has tons of restaurants and bars and we will defiantly come again - and stay in your beautiful fabulous hotel.

We stayed at the Azur for 4 nights whilst visiting friends with a yacht moored in the marina. We always prefer smaller hotels which offer the personal touches missing in larger establishments. Hotel Azur delivers on that in spades, nothing is too much trouble for them to help or advise with. Our room was on ground level, modest but perfectly formed with very efficient air conditioning & we walked out to breakfast by the lovely pool every morning. Azur has an enviable position near enough the marina & town for 2 minute walking access but far enough to avoid any late night noise nuisance & with a super restaurant adjacent. Private parking was not cheap but very convenient. A very pleasant stay & we will certainly stay again next time we are in town.

Stayed for only one night, wish it had been more, with members of my family. We had a lovely time and the staff were great, very friendly, helpful, informative about the area and recommended some great restaurants.

Room Tip: Higher up rooms have better views
