We stayed for 2 nights here for a quick trip to Paris. It is a Formule 1, the bottom category of Accor Hotels

Bathrooms and showers are sharing, bring your own towels as it is not provided.

The rooms are small but functional, TV, WIFI and it was clean (as were the showers and toilets)

I think one can't expect more in Paris for 45 USD, so there is no complaint

We were pleasantly surprised that the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome and ready to explore the surroundings

Part 1 of our trip to France for the Euros.

Having stayed in these basic 1 star hotels in 2015 i knew what to expect.

They are basic with double bed and overhead bunk bed. Suited 3 lads heading for a match. Not much close by in way of pubs and food outlets but the metro is close by to link you into Paris City Centre.

Like all F1 Hotels, each room does not have its own toilet or shower which are located down the hallway.

Would stay here again if visiting for football or rugby as location to the stade de france is excellent

I would only recommend to stay here if going to a match at the nearby stadium. The room was filthy and the bedcovers smelled of cigarettes. Communal bathrooms were vile and lighting would not work when door was closed.

Tip: pay more for an Ibis which is next door

If you're looking for "cheap" overnight accommodation near the Stade de France and are not bothered about walking down down the corridor to the showers etc then this is for you. Ok, the rooms are small as in a Formula1 hotels but the bed was fine the sheets were clean, maybe the walls needed redecorating but so what! We needed a reasonably priced room within easy walking distance for the Rolling Stones concert on 13th June and this place is 2 minutes away! Easy walking distance to the RER train station where, providing the SNCF are not on strike, you will find a train every 10-15 mins which will take you to the Gare Du Nord in less than 10 mins. From there you have the Métro for easy visits of everything in Paris center. Hotel manager was helpful, we speak French so it was easy.

Room Tip: We were on the North side, near the Périphérique but couldn't hear the traffic thanks to the quadruple glazing. In any case, you can't choose your room in Formula1 hotels.

Book in to the hotel on the 31st January for 3 nights. A friend and I were over from England to watch the rugby. Conveniently located near the Stade de France and the train station. The room was ok, bed were a little uncomfortable, but we weren't expecting the Ritz! The wifi in the hotel was excellent! 24 hours of surfing for free, all that was required was to sign up with an email.
All together a good experience for people needing somewhere to stay for a low budget.
