The Route Gourmand at Quai des Indes at the habour of Lorient Looks like an Indien Restaurant. The owner is from Tunesia and He told me, that the design is done like this, because in earlier times in this Street the herbs from India were traded. The Restaurant looked very clean and the Personnel was very friendly. The table setting was very nice, Having topf slates as coasters for the plates. The Food was sensational. We had fresh oysters, Scallops, and some other mussels with a green melted butter on top, all exzeptionell good. Also the Main dishes like the Entrecote (Angus), hake, salmon with tagliatelle were all very good.
The only thing Wish could be improved, was waiting for the Food more than 1.5 hours was a Bit to much.
