No WiFi, contrary to what was advertised in the web page. I asked the attendant to fix it, but she dismissed my complaint right away, explaining that the reason was "too many customers". I believe that a hotel must contract a service that meets the demands of their customers.

Great views, lovely decorations, loads of character, spiral staircase with wide steps which compensates for the absence of an elevator, ample parking, great location, good spa with tiny sauna, 2 showers and large enough hot tub (you can book a private session or share the tub with others), a massage chair and relaxation room with herbal teas & magazines, large lounge area with private nooks (unfortunately off limits from early in the evenings because of a guest room being located opposite it on the ground floor), pity there's no kettles in rooms or common areas (only in the spa area which also closes early!), shower in our room very cramped because of bad layout.

Room tip: Good views from room 16 (corner room)

Lovely welcoming staff - the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast that was regularly replenished. Great location for village centre. The free private parking was a bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room tip: For a shower in a tower ask for room 17!!!

Stayed here on our cycling tour to Nice and got a large family room.
Jacuzzi was 7 euros for an hour and welcome to tired muscles.
Bike storage is secure and cycling shoes were to be removed prior to entry.
No AC in the room but shutters kept heat out.
Place looks lovely from outside too

We loved the Grand when we stayed in 2007, and were delighted to be able to return during a recent Channel to Med cycling tour. Our welcome was warm, friendly and helpful, and our very spacious room comfortable, smart and charming. The hotel is generally elegant and full of character, and is superbly located to explore the interesting town and the beautiful mountains surrounding it. Breakfast was superb, as was the service throughout our stay. A wonderful and classy establishment.
