My wife and I had such a great experience at this hotel. The proprietors Estelle and Ginou, made our stay superbly memorable. They were friendly, helpful, engaging and attentive. The hotel had the feel of a bed and breakfast and offered the most amazing magnificent panoramic views of the Sarlat countryside. The parking was free and on the premises. The breakfast was served in a lovely room with plentiful and delicious foods. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Room tip: ask for a room with a view overlooking the countryside

If you like to stay in a peaceful place, then this is the place for you! Not far at all from town, but up a steep hill, so I would not recommend it if you don't have a car. Our room was clean, bright, comfortable, and had a beautiful view! There is a lovely outside terrace and a pool below, and the grounds are lovely. This is a private residence, so reception can be tricky if you don't speak French. Estelle's English is very good, however, and she is very kind. We had some difficulty with the wifi, and there was no one to help us the first evening, but had it worked out the next morning. Very good value!

Rated as two star, had no particular high hopes. After a long drive we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel's location. Rooms are pretty standard and two-star but the view is amazing and the hotel has its own pool in the middle of the trees which is awesome. Breakfast was great too!

Amazing little family place neat and tidy rooms with wifi. not far from town. Beautiful view and friendly happy caring staff. Pool for summer swims. Well worth a visit to this little piece of France and its surrounds, with the little me devil town of Sarlat nearby

This was an immaculate hotel, way up high above the town. It is a steep climb by foot but the views are great from the terrace and the rooms. You need a car to get into Sarlat as the taxis don't like to go to the hotel, apparently. There was a fantastically clean outdoor pool in the grounds, the breakfast was super and we were awoken during the early hours to the small of baking bread. Heaven! The owner was lovely and very friendly. It was cheap and worth every penny.
