Aquila D'Oro had a very good reputation and the validations are mostly brilliant, so I booked it shortterm for a special birthday of my wife. However my wife became sick in the morning we started to Italy, so I had to cancel my reservation. I explained the situation and even if there were no expenses occured and the hotel was required by other customers I was forced to pay a cancellation fee of 179 Euro. This is unserious and not hospitable, especially because I said, that I will made a new reservation later on, and it would be fair enough to get a credit voucher in the same amount.
This is money for nothing for me and 100% profit for the hotel.More
