This little place is amazing! It is always busy and there are queues outside the door.
Well worth the queue.
Lovely staff, amazing sandwich and even some local wine while you wait.
Worth a visit

A hidden gem!! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! So authentic. This little sandwich spot was one of our most favorite meals of our entire trip in Italy! I wish I could recreate the wonderful sandwich I had but alas. The friendly woman inside spoke very little English but with help from Google translate and hand gestures we managed to communicate just fine. I ordered a prosciutto, pecorino cheese, and fig jam panini. (Well to be honest, I ordered a prosciutto and pecorino sandwich and she suggested the fig jam…. So glad I said yes, it was AMAZING!). The other person with me ordered a salami and pecorino sandwich. They slice the bread and grill it, and slice the cheese and grill that while they are cutting your meat. WOW. This made the cheese slightly crispy and grilled on one side and gooey on the other. So good. You won’t be disappointed!

We were looking to just grab a sandwich and we found it. We had a panini with salami, pecorino cheese and funghi. Funghi is a mushroom truffles paste. We just wanted to share a sandwich as we like our deserts during the day. We also grab a couple of beers and went and sat at the Piazza Dei Priori and ate. The sandwich was super good especially with the paste and large I'm sure somehow I could of finish one but a half was enough for me. The cook makes one sandwich at a time the place only fits her making them and a line of people out the door waiting. She also serves beer and wine, the wine is in the box and for $2.50 u get a plastic cup full. The girl speaks a little English and helps with how the sandwich should taste the best. Glad we stop for this delicious lunch.

Very unassuming hole-in-the-wall that we only found out about through trip advisor.

However- despite this being a small panini place, the sandwich was one of the most delicious things we ate in two weeks in Tuscany!!

The Lardo/pecorino/pomodoro secchi was just totally perfect.

Popped round to eat it sat in the piazza.

BLISS.

Thank Jesshols

A friendly girl greeted us with a smile and helped us choose what to eat. The sandwiches (6 Euro) were big, prepared with fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious (so was the beer)!
