we were in Italy and Lugano for two weeks and this was by far the most wonderful place we stayed with hosts that were so very kind and an apartment, patin and garden that were just perfect.

This apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. All furnishings and appliances were in good working order, as we did eat in for a few meals and used the laundry once. We were able to relax in the spacious living room and on the outside patio area. The owner was able to help us with valet parking at check in and at departure so that we were only steps outside of the door to load our luggage. Also, on a cloudy, rainy day the owner guided us as to a good destination. We were surprised to receive a homemade cake from the owner, which was delicious! The refrigerator was stocked with beverages; coffee was provided as well as cake. A lakeside park area, as well as a grocery store were within walking distance. We highly recommend this rental!!! Also, two of us did the Zipline nearby, as described in the owners' attractions list!

Villa Azalee was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and everything looked brand new. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was ideal for our family. There were some lovely touches - the owners Rouben and Marina left a gorgeous homemade pie, a bottle of wine and a few beers for us on arrival, as well as basics like cereal, milk, juice, tea and coffee, which actually saw us through our 4 day stay. The garden was lovely - plenty big enough for our six year old to play outside - and the view of lake maggiore is stunning. It's a great location too - the only car ferry across the lake is just a 10 minute drive away. Parking was easy and right by the apartment - we hired a car from malpensa airport, which was perfect for exploring. The tourist leaflets and restaurant recommendations from Rouben and Marina in the villa were also great. We had an amazing break and this apartment helped make it so special. Thank you Rouben and Marina. We hope to come back one day.

All the comforts of a first class hotel. The apartment is new and beautifully designed. The kitchen has everything. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is spotless and the air is fresh,not moldy. The bathrooms are modern. The owners live upstairs and are very helpful and responsive to any need. The view is stunning. What I liked least was the very small kitchen but I am not used to European kitchens. For some the parking will be a challenge.
