Very peaceful countryside location with fantastic views. We had the 15m pool to ourselves with only visitors from the other apartments at weekends. It was well equipped including 2 fans which were well used. Also a parasol that we used even at breakfast time. But there was no kettle. The WIFI was weak because it was in the countryside. The access gravel drive was challenging driving up the steep hill with a normal car - a 4x4 would have coped better.
The apartment is on the upper floor of a purpose-built holiday block (I think there are 6 apartments in all). The apartment itself is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is very well-equipped - the whole gives the impression of being a private holiday home which is let out when not being used by the family. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Todi is about 6 kilometres away and there is an excellent supermarket within 3-4 kilometres. Our stay was, however, marred by the following:
The balcony is completely exposed to the sun for a large part of the day and it was impossible to sit outside (it would have been good to have an awning or free-standing sunshades).
The gardens of the downstairs apartment were under construction, which spoiled the aspect and also meant that workmen were on site from 8am (but not in the afternoon or evening). The workmen worked quietly but the sound of the cement mixer was a little annoying.
There were no mosquito nets for the windows and doors so we were plagued with the little pests every night despite spraying the place with insect killer. The presence of mosquitoes meant that we could not leave the windows open in the evening or at night - an electric fan would have been very welcome.
The access road to the property was quite rough.
