Stayed overnight prior to catching Pisa flight back to Scotland. Very hospitable and helpful staff. More than sufficient choice for breakfast. If in area again would stay another night in order to enjoy the pool and surroundings.

Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel, very comfortable – infact it felt like coming home to spend eight days there.
The whole place is exceptionally clean, the rooms have a mini fridge, tv, play station, shutters on the windows so its exceptionally dark giving a great night’s sleep, toiletries in the bathroom and the bed was large and very comfortable.
Outside the pool area is quiet and a piece of paradise and for those more energetic there is a tennis court and you can borrow bikes. There is an honesty bar with drinks and ice creams and fresh, large, fluffy pool towels.
The walk from the hotel into town is flat and takes about 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes etc there.
The hotel owner, Enrico is only too happy to give you recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and information on buses, trains or anything you want or need.
Public transport is superb – bus to Pisa or Livorno costs 2 Euros and trains from Pisa to Florence, Lucca or further afield are plentiful and inexpensive. You can even get the bus to Marina Di Pisa free of charge!
But the best thing by far is the welcome and hospitality of Enrico, his family and the team at Hotel Bristol. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We didn’t want to leave and will certainly return. Thanks Enrico and team Hotel Bristol for a great holiday.

An excellent family run hotel, spotlessly clean, great facilities in the rooms & hotel, quiet area, with cheap easey bus routes to the area & Pisa, plus in Pisa great priced train trips to the rest of the towns/area. too chill the hotel pool is fabulous with towels and honesty bar, fantastic. The Bristol Hotel's continental breakfast is great with especially fantastic cappuccino/espresso from Enrico every morning. there are a number of nice places to eat in Tirrenia, all a short walk from the Bristol Hotel, especially special is Piropo's, food, wine and staff excellent, if I could I would still be in Tirrenia being looked after by the warm/friendly Italian people of Tuscany. thanks for a great holiday. Spent eight nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely and clean. Very nice pool area, good choice at breakfast and lovely proprietors. Our room had a balcony and was more than adequate. Lovely bathroom and lovely towels both in the hotel and at the pool. Short walk into town and close to golf course where my husband played. There are two courses. He played the nine hole which was a pleasant course. Fully recommended Hotel Bristol.
