The hotel has a great location to ski in and out of . The staff are very friendly .Our room overlooked the village and slopes and was very good
The Spa area is fantastic and just what you want after a day skinning

Would definitely go back to the hotel

Martha and the family Mussner have created a beautiful and welcoming hotel right on the slopes. The rooms we stayed in were gorgeous with a lovely scent of pine wood - and bathroom with a bath (lovely after a hard day on the slopes).
Even better was the spa area. Tasteful and relaxing, though be prepared to go naked or get refused entry to the sauna. We overcame it by covering up with towels.
The food was excellent and plentiful. Loved the juicer at breakfast!
Only downsides were the bar prices - twice the price of up the mountain generally speaking; and the long walk back up from town, but I guess you can't have everything, and being right on the slopes definitely outweighs the proximity to town.
We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you Martha and family- we hope to return soon.

Just back from week here with friends and our 6 year old son, fantastic hotel, spotless, food is superb and quite rustic with great wine selection if you're inclined.

Great ski room and wee spa area lovely modern feel. Bedroom very spacious for a traditional chalet style hotel. Staff were great and location could not be better at bottom of Danterciepes lift and 5 second ski down to ski school so great for morning classes. Hotel is at top of main nursery slope. Highly recommended!

What more do you want on a skiing holiday! This is the second year with have stayed here. The hotel is ski in ski out. The rooms are large, clean with fantastic views. Breakfast is good and the evening meals are excellent. Add to all of this friendly, helpful staff and a spa! Great place.

Marta and her family have a real gem with Hotel Alaska. The family atmosphere gave us a lovely welcoming feel during our week's stay.

The ski in - ski out location is perfect, with the Dantercepies lift right on the door step and the nursery slopes leading to the town the other side.

The modern boot room has plenty of space, with the skis and boots in separate rooms so there's no morning or evening congestion.

After a day on the slopes the newly refurbished spa and wellness area is fantastic! And once you're feeling recharged again the food is sure to please everyone with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Marta's love of cooking mixed with the chef's skills create delicious and plentiful meals each night.

The rooms have plenty of space for drying ski kit and are always clean and warm. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much for them to ensure you enjoy your stay :-)
