We LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay at La Casa Di Vania for our honeymoon! The location is very close to the bus stop (though down some stairs) and quite convenient for us as we traveled by SITA bus to and from Ravelo. Dominique and Sergio were WONDERFUL hosts, and our experience was just lovely here! The property is gorgeous and has an unparalleled view, and waking up and having breakfast on the patio every morning overlooking the ocean is just marvelous. Breakfast was lovely and Dominique knew what we liked to eat and drink after the very first day. The property only has two rooms for rent, and so it was very private and romantic, we absolutely felt it was the epitome of honeymoon romance and there was no better place to stay! Ravello itself is a gorgeous city and not as crowded as Amalfi or Positano, so we absolutely enjoyed this city. Dominique gave us a brochure for the Ravello Festival when we arrived, and we ended up attending a concert at Villa Rufalo and it was just the most gorgeous venue! We couldn't have asked for a more romantic stay in Ravello!

We stayed for a wonderful three days. It was extremely hot, but the room was pleasantly cool, with the help of aircon, and beautifully-appointed.
The proprietors (Dominique and Sergio) couldn't have been more charming or helpful. Breakfast on the terrace, with the incredible views, was marvellous - as everyone has noted.
I am not totally mobile, and the 50+ steps down to the entrance were a bit of a problem, but problems can be overcome.
All in all, an amazing place in an amazing position.
(Hint: if your Italian is as poor as mine, try French with Dominique ...)

We stayed at La Casa di Vania for 4 nights in July and didn't want to leave! Dominique & Sergio are the kindest and loveliest hosts we have ever encountered! Their rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, the bed comfy and shower great (also impressive as the ceiling is the actual cliff!) The location couldn't be better either (a 3 min walk to town square).
Their delicious breakfasts overlooking the coast is something we'll never forget. It brought a real sense of calm.
We will be back for sure.
Thank you Dominique & Sergio!

It took us a little while to find the entrance but it's a true hidden gem.
The owners are delightful and so helpful, especially with the parking.
The bedroom is wonderful, lovely and cool with a fantastic shower.
Breakfast was delicious.
It's in a perfect spot for sight seeing around Ravello and the surround area.

Room Tip: Aim for concert hall and down steps by la dolce vita

Getting here was not easy when the weather was bad. Google map definitely was a bad choice to start with. However, the view in the morning was totally worth it!! No doubt about it. So glad to have decided to stay in Ravello. It's been a super nice stay, and they're such a lovely couple who welcomed us with open hands. Will come back for sure one day :) A
