Between the most fabulous view and delicious food, we had the most heavenly and relaxing dining experience!
The restaurant location is right across from the bus stop, before entering the main piazza in Ravello and faces the hills and sea; a low key spot with high impact. We arrived for lunch right when it opened (around 12:15 PM) and were able to dine at a table by the railing with a complete scenic view. These tables are taken up quickly. On a clear day, can see across the sea to Salerno.
Our meal included a salami/cheese plate, gnocchi pasta and monkfish entree. Delicious and good quality food. The gnocchi is one of the lightest and well prepared dishes we have had. The whole monkfish was tasty in its fresh tomato sauce. The meal with a bottle of wine, was about 65 Euros - high in cost for lunch but the food quality and the view absolutely made the cost very reasonable.
The staff service was good, polite and more attentive than we experienced in other restaurants in Italy.
Give Garden Restaurant a try! We will definitely return the next time in Ravello!
