Arrived with family in August 2018 after travelling throughout Italy for a couple weeks. The manager, Luca's, hospitality and communication were outstanding. Prior to arrival, he made himself personally available to meet up and get checked in. Upon arrival, he greeted us, assisted with our luggage, and went with me to to orient me with the dedicated, gated guest parking lot (parking is otherwise impossible in Praiano). He came up to the condo with us, where he had cold prosecco awaiting, and walked us through every room and amenity and even booked us small-group boat transport to Capri a few days later. The condo's condition was nothing short of immaculate and very high-end for European standards -- clearly recently updated, and every detail was well thought out with the guest travelers in mind. Throughout our stay, we would see him around town and he took every opportunity to inform us of local events such as fire shows and fireworks at night as well as restaurant recommendations. The locale of the condo was great as well given that it was in the middle of the mountainous slope of the town, making the stairway treks shorter when going to/from the beach or restaurants or parking. We would certainly stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for the warm Italian hospitality and superb accommodations!
