We didn't book this villa through TripAdvisor but having found it on here I will write my review here as well. All of us fell in love with the villa, we were 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. All the bedrooms have bathrooms. There's a more than adequate kitchen along with a wash/store room, living/dining room.
A large table outside and then another smaller one (that still seated 8 or us) under the shade of the trees which was great at lunchtime when the main table had no shade. The view through the garden out to sea and to the harbour is just unbelievably beautiful, you just don't tire of it or each and every evening's spectacular sunset. The villa has 270 views of the sea. At the bottom of the garden is direct access to the sea which was our favourite place to swim. Through a short alleyway there was access to a small bay which had a pebbled beach.
The walk to the town is about 15 minutes once you find out how to access the tunnels. I have to admit this was quite a challenge for us but we kind of worked it out. Possibly if we spoke Italian it would have been a little easier.
Porto Santo Stefano is a wonderful place to visit and the owners of this villa have done a spectacular job. None of us wanted to leave.
