“Beautiful view in a comfortable detached villa”
Reviewed 6 August 2018 for a stay in July 2018

Porto Santo Stefano is a nice town with steep hills surrounded with beautiful villas and apartments. The villa has a beautiful view over the town and sea.

Inside there are three fair-sized bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. There are also three quite small bathrooms, but it worked fine by us. The two bedrooms at the upper level have air-condition. At the down level there was a fully equipped kitchen which worked quite ok.

There are four terraces in the villa, and mostly we used the one in the main level. The upper terrace was to sunny and warm in July, but the view from the terrace was fantastic.

There is a nice outside open fireplace where we could barbeque, and this was very nice. We used it several times.

There are two garages, which are needed. There are difficult two find available parking spaces both in the town and outside the villa.

The internet in the villa worked perfect.

We walked several times down to the town beach (only 15 minutes to walk). We also walked home from town. You might put in some extra minutes while it’s 85m upwards. Good exercise!

Though you have a small grocery shop nearby, (5-6 minutes to walk), we used to drive downtown. You also have a very god butcher nearby.

Porto Santo Stefano has very good restaurants, the seafood was very tasty, and the prices was good.

Enrico was forthcoming and friendly, and he speaks English very good. Not all in town did, but it was not a problem.

Thank you for a very nice stay
