This is a beautiful villa in a great location with wonderful views. The pool is very relaxed and nice, and the sun beds nearby are well shaded. It has a nice view looking down onto the beauties of Pistioa, which is a beautiful town with many 5 star shops such as gelaterias and pizzareias. Next to the pool is a bar which you can ask a staff member to go to and get you a drink, such as wines or soft drinks. Up the hill from the pool is a brilliant gym, and beautiful surrounding terraces and tunnels of plants. At the front of the villa is an amazing breakfast feature that serves brilliant food like cakes, yogurts, pastries, and eggs. The seating for the breakfast is in a great position, looking down on the town below with some nice shade. Overall the rooms are perfect, a sleek kitchen and dining room, aswell as a modern bathroom and very comfortable beds. The rooms also come with some nice air con. The staff are kind and welcoming, and also speak french and English as well as Italian to be tourist-friendly. A fine addition to this immaculate hotel is many cats that wander around the place, and love to be cuddled!

If you want a villa that is the best of the best in Pistoia, you should definitely go here. Also note that their are nice supermarkets down in the town. This is a very relaxed place that can be enjoyed with any type of family, although there are a few rules due to coronavirus and also naturally.

Please acknowledge that the only bad reviews are from people who couldn’t behave or were unhappy with their room, after seeing pictures themselves.

TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY! Blind & dark room not specified in the ad.
RUDE AND AGRESSIVE OWNERS only interested in your money ! 0 sens of service.

This agriturismo does not have the spirit of an agriturismo at all ... DON'T STAY THERE!

There are plenty of other much more welcoming places in ITALY.

Villa Parri is situated in beautifull hill with a magic view.
From the entrance through the garden makes you feel like in paradise.
So many flowers, so many details carefully choosen gives you sensation of warmth and strong connection with nature.
Singing of the birds, few sweet cats..
We stayed in Le Cocinelle, room furnished with wooden furniture, one of the most romantic view. The bed was very confortable, room and bathroom very clean.
The owners beautiful family Paula and Paulo with their children are paying attention on every detail, with so much love and dedication!
In every moment you feel welcomed and nice.
The receptionist Simone is so kind and helpfull!
The breakfast is amazing. They use their own products as tomato, watermelon, nuts, oliv oil, honey and many other incredibly tasty things prepared by the owner Paulo and served by his beautiful wife Paula.
Also you must try their home made pizza!! It just melts in your mouth.
Parking is perfect.
Villa Parri is pearl of Toscany and we would strongly recommend it as perfect base for exploring this beautiful region and surroundings.

What can we say about our wonderful stay here! Firstly, we booked four nights here and loved it so much that we ended up booking another two nights because we never wanted to leave. Simone is absolutely amazing, he helped us so much thoroughly enjoy our stay, from his wonderful friendly personality to his knowledge and recommendations he was just amazing and he made our stay so memorable. The property is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed and we have travelled a lot. Everything is so clean, absolutely breathtaking views, staff so friendly, so clean, beautiful pool and location and just simply relaxing we did not want to leave and this place will forever hold a special place in our heart, a place we will always frmenebrr celebrating our honeymoon. great hotel with excellent service from staff. We had a week there in Aug '18. Wanted to write this review as a warning to others travelling with a hire car in the area. We have picked up two traffic offences three months after returning, informed by email from the car hire company (Locauto), with a charge of 48 euro each. Note this is not the fine, this is just for the car hire company informing us. The only details given are 'traffic offence' in the Comune Di Pistoia. We have absolutely no idea how this happened, we neither exceeded the speed limit or entered any restricted areas (as far as we know). We'll have to wait for the Italian authorities to send details of the offences but so far are at a loss. One of the offences was committed on our last day when we drove from hotel to airport! I understand this isn't the hotel's problem (hence 5 stars) but wanted to warn people - suggest a discussion with hotel staff could identify restricted driving zones in the area
