My husband and I stayed at La Magnolia for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon and we loved it. Orvieto is an adorable little town with lots of shops and delicious restaurants while also being really relaxing. Serena was there to greet us upon arrival and we were really happy with our room. It was bright (huge windows), high ceilings with a view overlooking the street (you can check out spots on the patio for apperitivo hour!). Though the church bells are loud- you get used to it and you are in Italy so it's the norm... :)
Our room was spacious, very clean and the bathroom was good. Decor was really nice and you can tell a lot of thought was put in to it. It was really cozy!
Complimentary breakasts downstairs was really easy (and delicious- my husband loved the homemade lemon cake and I had the best crema croissant!). Also incudes any coffee you like and a yogurt- perfect start to the day!
Serena was easy to get in touch with by email for booking and we were even able to do a load of laundry during our stay. She also helped us with dinner reservations and booking a taxi for early morning pick up.
We also highly recommend Da Carlo restaurant for an entertaining and delicious, authentic meal!More
