Da Gennaro is an unassuming jewel on one of the main streets in the historic center of this port city in southern Tuscany. Owned and operated by a Neapolitan family, it featured extremely fresh seafood, featuring what came into the fishing harbor that day. I was offered a pasta dish made with grilled whitefish followed by a grilled tuna and sesame with a sweet potato condiment on the side that melted in my mouth.
