We have not been to Norcia in three years and were anxious to see how the community was faring after last year's quakes. The damage was distressing, but the spirit of the people encouraging.
We ended up at the Locanda Del Teatro for lunch. The outdoor terrace was full with locals who were very friendly. Our lunch was wonderful. The prosciutto and melon the best of our trip. The pasta with truffles was also excellent.
The waitstaff were very attentive on a busy afternoon.
