This restaurant is as good as they come, in Italy and possibly everywhere. Located in a old palace and part of an equally good hotel, it deservingly received recently a Michelin star. Unlikely similar places where you have to book well in advance, are crowded and hurried, this is an oasis of serenity and we had an absolutely perfect dinner on a beautiful terrace with only few other dinner and the full attention and wonderful interaction with several highly professional server, the sommelier and the owner. The setting, both inside and outside is elegant, spacious and comfortable. The menu futures local products from local farmers and consists of two choices of several courses or many a la cart selections. Everything we had, from the bread to the salad, the local black truffle pasta, the carpaccio, the lamb and the fish were truly outstanding in term of quality, preparation and presentation. In addition we were served many, too many to count, chef's offering. The wine list is exceptionally good, with a reasonable mark up and the sommelier was as pleasant and eager to please as he was competent. The price was very reasonable for the quality and overall perfection. Highly recommended
