Went on a wine and culinary tour (April 2018) of Tuscany with Chris and Mary Gluck of Wine Vault and Bistro of San Diego, California. This was one impressive winery! After having us descend two flights of steep stairs, the barrel room opened up as a huge cavern with high ceilings and HUGE storage barrels. If that and the rest of the tour wasn't good enough, we ate lunch and tasted a great selection of single vineyard and late harvest wines. Wines were good enough that I had 6 bottles of the 2015 Nobile shipped back to me to enjoy later.
