This hotel is the worst I have every stayed in. The bed was so uncomfortable, the pillow as thin as a piece of paper and the blanket felt like sandpaper. The outlet in the wall fell out when I unplugged my cell phone and I could not control the temperature which was so hot it was unbearable. Do not bother calling the front desk, they were rude and did NOTHING to address any of my issues. I would rather sleep in my car then ever stay here again.More

Room was very clean and breakfast bar fantastic (cost $50 if not included in tour package). Parking was trick (but free), had to drive 2 miles (because hotel on one way street not parking allowed) to come back on the second floor ramp behind the hotel. Location 2 blocks away from train station and 3 blocks from shopping center. Front desk people not very helpful on directions and tour attraction info.

Worthy of its 4 stars or more. Excellent room comfy bed spotlessly clean and kept clean daily by friendly staff. Free parking ideal in a busy city. We had four nights and the best four nights of sleep I’ve had in ages. Great selection of breakfast fresh coffee friendly staff I’d have no hesitation in recommending this I’ll certainly return I really enjoyed my stay. Fantastic doesn’t even come close to describing it.
We are pleased of this hotel. The staff is polite. The breakfast was wery good. In the room have new furnitures. There is a private parking. Location is near to the center of the resort. We was lucky that the Tettuccio terme was open.

A really great location and fine accommodations.We loved the staff, everyone was very helpful. Breakfast bar was spot on, each morning. The appetizers at the happy hour in the bar were very nice. So very easy to travel from this location.Clean and wonderful!

A wonderful hotel to stay in when visiting Tuscany. It was central to everywhere we visited...Rome, Pompeii, Pisa, and Florence. The staff was incredible and very nice. The rooms were gorgeous and the amenities of the hotel were more than sufficient. The city of Montecatini was so nice to stay, eat, shop, and rest...I will stay at the Tuscany Inn next time I visit Tuscany. I loved it.
