This small hotel is about a 30 minutes train ride & a good 10 min walk (to the hotel) from Florence. The hotel public areas are very nice with a very continental good breakfast. The rooms en-suite could do with an upgrade but it’s a nice 3* hotel.

Another stay at the Montebello and as always a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great staff and excellent breakfast and evening meal Great bedroom with large balcony and as always room and bathroom spotlessly clean.
The hotel is a short walking distance from the centre of town and railway station.
Excellent train services to Florence,Luca and Pisa.

Checked into this hotel and the front desk was very nice. The rooms were a good size for a family and not spending much time there. The kids loved the bunk beds. Shower is small but great water pressure and warm.
Breakfast each morning was very good! Lots of choices.
Highly recommend if in the area.

Recently (October 2019) stayed in Montecatini Terma as our hub to discover cities and towns in Tuscany. The location is perfect for day trips in the region via auto or by train (station is 5 minute walk from hotel). The town is alive at night and walkable from the hotel. This hotel is comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Check out Montecatini Alta ... up the hill from the hotel...beautiful! Would definitely recommend this hotel and town.
