Three courses for 25 euro is good value for the quality and size of the dishes. We had a seat by the window with a view of the promenade, but the service seemed too formal bearing in mind we were on holiday - maybe it was not helped by only 3 tables being used in this large restaurant.

Wonderful restaurant with friendly staff lead by a very professional attentive Orlando. Food served - fresh with Italian twist and the atmosphere is one of relaxed/formal.

We had previously stayed at the Panorama Hotel and found the food and service excellent. We were not disappointed on this our second visit. We were on a B and B basis and not all inclusive as on our previous visit and therefore tried several of the local restaurants. The Sfusato beat them all hands down. The cost, 25 euros for 3 courses and the chef also sent a taster to try. The food was so full of flavour. The set menu comprised of a choice of 3 starters ,3 main courses and 2 desserts. The service could not be faulted thanks to Orlando and staff.

We came here expecting a quality meal and were extremely disappointed. It took 10 minutes just to be acknowledged after been seated. Should've left then. Anyway, we had to ask for a drink menu which is funny because every other restaurant in Italy couldn't wait to sell us drinks. The staff assumed we were part of a prepaid food package you can get. That package gets you a different menu and it took some explaining that we just wanted a regular menu.
The modest price local white wine we ordered was good and probably the best part of the meal. We also ordered still water which was 2 euros but clearly tap water.
They brought out a free appetizer consisting of anchovies. They are a local specialty but it's pretty bold to offer something like that to everyone. They were too fishy for our taste. We saw many people send back their anchovies untouched.
We ordered the croquettes for an appetizer and they were obviously microwaved and they had no flavour.
For mains, we had the spaghetti in tomato sauce and the sea bass. The spaghetti was okay but too creamy - why did it have cream anyway? And the sea bass was quite fishy.
The free bread was hard as a rock as well.
Once done, it took 15 minutes before we were noticed again and our plates were finally clear. By then we couldn't wait to leave. The atmosphere was terrible due to a lot of people complaining about their meals, it was too bright, and the decor was like something out of the 70s version of willy Wanka and the chocolate factory.
We eventually got our bill, eager to leave, and they had added a 16 euro dish we didn't order.
Nothing about our experience made us feel like they wanted us there and it was clear we were not business they wanted.

We arrived as the restaurant opened and were the first to arrive. The 3 of us were shown to a table set for 2. At which point I stood waiting for another chair and setting. Eventually can you believe I had actually ask for a chair even though the waiter watched me standing there with my wife and son sat down.
During our meal at no time were we asked if everything was ok or if we needed more drinks. On the 3rd attempt to attract their attention I managed make another order of drinks.
After plates were cleared we didn't have an offer at anytime for desserts.
Guests that arrived after us had eaten 3 courses and left by the time we finished our second drink. The staff seemed more content in serving the all inclusive diners of which they had been asked if all was well.
Overall the food was ok but service disappointing and therefore we shall continue to eat elsewhere this week.
Although our stay at the Panorama Hotel so far is very good as are the breakfasts.
