All the staff was really friendly and helpful, even when i got there a day earlier that i should by mistake, they made it work.

Receptionist didn’t seem to friendly or competent. After checking in i needed to go back to ask for breakfast times and how to get to the swimming pool. At check out I didn’t receive my ID until I went back to the hotel.
Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
I was missing a bottle of water in the room (for the price of 230€ could be included). The location is very convenient. Despite that, don’t think I’d stay there again.
It's really a pity lost a guest just for the receptionist.

We stayed in the hotel during our ski vacation and we had some positive experiences but the overall impression was negative due to inability to get much sleep after 7 in the morning. The hallways and staircases are covered by tiles and that makes it very prone to laud noises. Our room was sharing a wall with a staircase and we could hear a cleaning lady punching the wall with a vacuum cleaner and other equipment as well as guests that were taking their language by pushing them on the tiles-covered stairs. This sounded as a thunderstorm.
The people that work in the hotel were polite but it could not compensate the overall impression that was as if we were in a 3 star hotel, not in an 4 star one.
We are sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, it was not possible change your room, we were full. We replaced the cleaning equipment and isolated the rooms on the third floor with the wooden roof. At the moment no other customers have complained about the noise.
Stayed at the hotel in January 2020. We had a great time, enjoyed the pool and also the play area - which was supervised. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful and good, as well as the staff at the restaurant.
Rooms were always cleaned, and on our welcome our little one also found a bag to colour and keep.
Well done, you will surely see us again

Very nice, cosy family hotel. We visit it every year. Comfortable location, attentive staff, swimming pool with kid’s zone and kid’s club, which very important for families. Planning to return there next year.
