second time in Livigno in this "hotel", I say "hotel" but it would be more correct to call it "hostel". There is no respect for COVID regulations, personnel without masks, and very low quality food !!! Compared to two years, many things have improved, but badly managed; they are unable to solve the simplest problems.
compared to two years ago, a lot of staff has changed, unfortunately the best people are no longer there, replaced with staff who are not up to par.

the new massage cabins with a view are beautiful, but with staff not up to the standard of what the structure wants to become.
Beautiful spa, but it's like being in a pigsty, all huddled together with no respect for covid rules!
I hope that someone will intervene to fix all these problems because a hotel that wants to become 4 stars is quite another thing.
for next season I will not return to this hotel, but I will look for something else, especially that has respect for a paying customer.
