-very unpleasant staff, poor sound insulation between rooms, very small rooms, poor food, internet only in lobby, was very unpleasant to live in this hotel, NOT recommend this a hotel

Great place to stay.

We spent a week in the hotel and had a great time. Friendly people, clean bright comfortable room overlooking the ski slope. We could ski home. Convenient to the ski bus to get to the other slopes. Great breakfast with a good choice of food.

Bad, unpleasantly, unwelcome and cold owner behavior but very clean rooms and cozy decorated garni

Attitude of the owner: Not warm, welcome and client friendly behavior at all - especially the lady (her husband – probably it was him – also smiled sometimes). Therefore all stay there was not in good atmosphere.
We were the family with 10 moth baby. After two nights in the cold room with such the baby, we complained to the lady owner. Instead of pro-client behavior trying to solve the situation and be willing to help him, we experienced rude answer that she was in our room to clean the day before and we had 23 degrees there so what we want more. We said that during the day we are not in the room, but the nights are cold, especially for the 10 month baby. The answer was again declining our complain informing us that they are switching off the heater system form 22.00 till 6.00. Un-understandable. During the cold nights in ski area where is usually – 5/-10 degrees the hotel does not heat, but during the day, when you are out of the room, skiing and sun is shining, they heat? Actually what she told us we found not the truth, because the heater completely worked as he wanted (sometimes it was hot even to touch, sometimes cold as outside), so they heated also between 22.00 till 6.00, but never in master bedroom, when the baby slept.

Cleanness: Very clean! Really. Moreover they changed towels every day. Also bed linen.

Breakfast: As it was Garni only, it was OK. Not variable buffet, but the basics only, every day the same. We missed eggs.

Location: Very good, few steps from Garni. After skiing you literally come to the Garni. Centre 10 min walking.

Apartment/Garni: Very cozy, lovely and nice decorated.

Cons: No wifi in the apt, we had to sit on the steps in the corridor between first and second floor. Sauna for additional fee only.

Room tip: Not all rooms are spacious and not the same size. Some of them are really very small meaning just the bed, some furniture and almost not even you

comfortable hotel

We are very pleased with the service... Information through the mail were complete and useful. first impression was great interesting decor, super friendly reception. ...great room with a small vestibule, clean, pleasant scent, large bathroom, bed, stable, modern tv (small selection of the program but who needs TV on Feri?!).. balcony is enough for smokers in a deck chair... View of the new gondola lift, the sun all day over the balcony... Breakfast plentiful, enough bread, enough of everything ...............

Bad service

Cozy, pleasant and clean hotel with good location. But we are terribly dissappionted by the behaiviour and the attitude of the staff.
We stayed in a triple room but we were given only one key card and after our request for another one they rudely declined. On top of that the key card was the only way to enter the hotel after 21h because the lobby was locked and no one could assist you for anything. The wi-fi was only available in the lobby, till 21h of course. The heating was turned down every day and we found our room cold after skiing.
The staff was extremely impolite and unhelpful, they even hardly greeted us. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable in the hotel.
We will surely go back to Livigno but no way in this hotel.
