We had a wonderful time at Park Chalet Village and Livigno. We stayed for almost two weeks. The place was very nice and clean. The chalet worked very well for a family of four. The village has lovely flowers outside and exiting interior. The parking place requires a good driver. Biker friendly with possibility of safe storage and cleaning of bikes. The staff was very helpful and service minded. Food was super. As a guest, you feel welcomed. We will definitely go back.

Normally, I hardly go to a Hotel twice, given my love for new experiences. Park Chalet Village is the big exception. I have been there numerous times and continue to enjoy my stay. The Chalets are perfect for two couples with a small personal SPA. The food is outstanding and the staff friendly and very helpful. This is the best place in Livigno to stay.

We spent our ski holidays in Park Chalet Village and the entire experience was just amazing!

The chalets are spacious (3 floors), tidy, very clean and well appointed. On the entrance floor there is a private wellness area including sauna and whirlpool. On the second there is a living area including a small kitchenette as well as a bedroom including ensuite bathroom. On the third floor there is a second (master) bedroom including another ensuite bedroom. A nice feature is that the chalets are connected with the central building and restaurant through an underground parking garage.

The half board plan is fantastic. It includes a very good (hot and cold) breakfast with regional breakfast (including fresh pastry and cake). In the evening a daily changing 4-course menu is proposed, but there is also the freedom to chose a la carte dishes, which offers a big deal of chhoice. The wine list is fantastic (regional as well as great national wines like Barolo, Brunello, Amarone) at great prices. The advice of Alex is invaluable!

Service experience was also great, from the staff in the reception to the restaurant.

All in all nothing less than highly recommendable!

After a warm welcome, we discovered a very nice apartment/room with private Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 bedrooms with each a separate bathroom. The main building can be accessed underground from all the rooms. This houses the bar, restaurant, etc. The atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly and makes you feel at home immediately.
The food is very good with plenty of choice.
All this is served by excellent personnel that speak all kind of languages.
Luciano is in charge of the restaurant and for him everything is possible.
Mourad and Hasnaa made it much easier for us by speaking French and taking care of my mother in law who had a broken arm.
Equally friendly are Sebastian, Michela and Matteo. Alex has an excellent knowledge of all the wines they serve (many many many, the week was too short for us of course) and is never trying to give you the more expensive wines. He listens well to what the customer expects.
And finally a big thank you for Valentina and Mario who lead this great team and welcome everybody warmly.

Room Tip: just ask for it

We have just returned from a seven night stay at Park Chalet Village. The accommodation is first rate, comfy, homely and with great facilities. Above all, the management and staff were helpful, courteous, friendly and always happy to go the extra mile.
If you're thinking of a mountain holiday, winter or summer in Italy then seriously consider a stay here.
