If you need a good night sleep, stay away from this hotel !!! Beds are to hard and neighbouring hotel is Always having a party. Breakfast is nice and rooms are modern, if you want to shower in the bath. Special requests are definitly not rewarderd. Spent you money somewhere else.

We stayed at the UNA Versilia for 3 nights in a junior suite. The suite was large and clean. The hotel itself is pretty large and offers two restaurants which both offer very good food. The service of the staff is outstanding and very friendly. The hotel is perfect as a starting point to explore nearby cities like Lucca and Pisa. The only downsides of the hotel are the super-slow internet connection and the fact that there is no reserved beach area for hotel guests.

This hotel feels reasonably new and has very good facilities considering what is on offer from others charging higher prices in the area and Forte dei Marmi. I should mention we did have a discussion with the manager Gianluca Runci about the showers in the rooms being not walk in but in the bath and he confirmed that this is the general room layout, and we found him to be most helpful in our needs. If we were to come back to this area of Italy we would most definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to the staff for a very pleasant stay.

Una Versilia is the perfect place to unwind and just lower stress levels in the lovely Italian summer. It started by getting checked by very friendly Matteo in to a perfect room with sea view and a big balcony. Every morning we enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with tastes for everyone, very good coffee (and even prosecco) and excellent service from Fabio and his staff. Days were mostly spent by the big pool where our kids had much fun! At lunch we had a nice meal in the pool restaurant, (the beach has a lot of great activity offers, but for older children it is too shallow for fun swimming) and in the evenings we enjoyed food and drinks both on the roof top with amazing view and on the ground floor restaurant. Some of the evenings we rented the free hotel bikes and went down to the sea front promenade to enjoy meals and street life there. Our car was safely parked by the hotel, but we went to visit Pisa just 30 minutes away and beautiful Lucca only 30 minutes drive towards Florence. Lucca has a very interesting music festival in July with world names, so check it out if you can. On departing we flew out of Pisa airport, very convenient.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with sea view - 326
