We just spend 10 days in amazing hotel Olimpia in Forte Dei Marmi. I can’t praise enough this wonderful place owned by lovely family. Great location. Close to center and 5 minutes to the best beach. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. Special thank to Ivaldo! The sweetest the most accommodating and extremely helpful! Very highly recommended!

We stayed here for ~1 week with a family and kids and really enjoyed this hotel. It is family run hotel and they really make you feel at home - trying to solve all the issues that may arise.
Location: close to city center (5 min bike/15 min walk) and just one block from the beach line - so you do not need bike to go beach.
Beach: They have arrangements with nearby beaches - so you can rent tent from the hotel and do not spend any extra time on booking beach yourself
Breakfast: cute area and they prepare literally everything you want, just ask. Good thing that breakfast is served till 12 or so - very convenient for those who wake up late
Bikes: you can rent nice branded city bike, trycicle and kids bike directly from hotel - very convenient
Rooms: small (which is ok for italy/forte) but clean and nice
Very nice chillout zone to have a drink or two at the entrance
The only issue we had - when in the room you can hear noise from the corridor when someone walks or shouts. Other than that - perfect experience. One of the best places to stay in FdM for short period of time. If we come to FdM for short stay - will definitely choose Olimpia.
Tip: Do ask staff if you need anything - they are super helpful + they know everything around

Perfect !!! I highly recommend this hotel, for the staff, the room, the breakfast and the location. People at the reception are very nice and comprehensive. The view from the balcony on the sea was amazing. The short walking distance to the city center and beaches is really appreciated too.

What a superb hotel in every respect; fantastic location, friendly helpful staff, beautiful building, amazing breakfast selection and excellent value for money. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the very warm welcome we received and we were delighted find that this continued throughout our stay. We were worried about parking but the streets are actually very wide and open (for a historic Italian city) and we had no problem finding a space at all. Very highly recommended.
