Nice place @ Forte ... We had a beautiful stay in this hotel. Hotel is small. Romantic. Beautiful outdoor breakfast with quality food and nice presentation. Nice, clean rooms. Good service. Bicycle available to rent to go around the Forte .
We chose this hotel last minute as the other ones we were looking at were alll booked. It’s a great location, 15 minutes to the beach, and twenty minutes to the town centre. We had a lovely time- rooms are basic and clean, the breakfast is very good with delicious fruits, pastries and plenty of non dairy alternatives.

We loved Hotel Bijou in Forte Dei Marmi. We felt safe and appreciated the free on site parking. The rooms were quaint, charming and cozy and best of all quiet. It is on a lovely tree lined street that is assessable by car and although can walk to beach if needed (long walk) we preferred to drive. They will provide towels for the beach and there are bikes for rent and explore the flat tree lined street or bike into town. Mindy at the front desk is very helpful in giving directions to restaurants. Beware if parking in Forte DeMarmi that you DO need to pay at the meter and put the sticker in your car or you will be ticketed in the mail when you return. The grounds and porch are lovely and quaint and the breakfast is delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
The room was simple, but clean and the hotel lies in a quiet location. Approximately 1,0 km bikeride from the beach and 1,5 km from the city center. Hotel owners/staff were very friendly and helpful. Calm and pleasant atmosphere during breakfast.
Forte dei Marmi is a weekend destination for italians, and hotels fill up quickly for the weekends. The town is more quiet during weekdays.
The is the best boutique hotel I have stayed at! Charming! Delicious breakfast! Courteous staff! Cute bicycles! Spacious rooms with all the nicest amenities. It has a lovely, modern, yet extremely comfortable decor and furnishings. Above all, the owners were gracious and helpful suggesting excellent beach locations, restaurants and shopping ideas—it really made the difference. They really cares that we had a good time. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet—no thin walls. Nice heavy doors and walls so you could rest when you wanted to! The bathroom was the perfect size and the shower had excellent water pressure. It was crazy hot when we were there so we didn’t need the towel warmers :)
I highly suggest renting the bikes! It’s the only way and the best way to see Forte Dei Marmi. Don’t come here if you’re not willing to join the fun biking!! They have the cutest white bikes with HUGE baskets so you can buy a lot in the fabulous stores in the Centre. I loves the attention to detail—each room was scented with beautiful perfume and the Lobby is adorned with beautiful white orchids, plumerias and tropical flowers. Trust me, I’m a hotel snob and I am very picky. Hotel Bijou is a jewel among all the other basic places to stay in Forte dei Marmi!!
