We left the Logos Hotel feeling disappointed. It is in urgent need of new management/ investment, or both. As a result we would not return or recommend it.
The hotel is over-reliant on two assets, proximity to the beech and a swimming pool. It offers little else, certainly not a positive atmosphere or experience. (And please note the pool is not open until after breakfast).
Our room had peeling paint. The balcony railings were very dirty. The breakfast was not plentiful and guests were left to make their own juice with a broken juicer. The hotel is clearly understaffed. There is no concierge service. Instead one receptionist is expected to cope with requests, plus incoming calls and checking-in/ out guests.
To summarise, this hotel is tired. The owners really need to invest in the hotel. It would offer good value if 2 stars; ok value if 3 stars; but definitely poor value at 4 stars.
