very bright, very good breakfast, good location, pool, front of sea, don’t go far for beach it’s in front, rent a bike, balcony toward mountains is nice. at the moment, roof terrasse under renovation! sunset is cute but dont sleep while it’s happening ;)

Perfect service. Thought I was a Movie Star! Professional Staff. Clean rooms and the gardens are perfect. Perfect service at the bar and breakfast. Staff is friendly and very kind to allow me to try to speak Italian.
Room tip: Higher is better to see the Sea but all are perfect!

A wonderful stay in this Hotel. The staff is very nice and they have been very helpful to find us the best accommodation. The room on the 4th floor are charming with a exceptional view on the sea. A must in Forte.
Room tip: Most of the rooms have a view on the sea.

This is a fabulous hotel and it is the Staff that make it so wonderful. Many of the guests are reoccurring. The location, food and the ever so friendly and professional Staff make this hotel what it is.

Not nearly as grand (and much less quirky) than its namesake in Nice, Il Negresco delivers all round in a relatively understated way - pretty little garden with adjacent (heated) pool in front, delightful staircase up to the lobby, excellent service from all staff, well kept and well finished public spaces, small but nicely decorated rooms with good amenities (including both a/c and a ceiling fan), a terrace for two (either mountain or sea view) and a very good buffet breakfast (with lots of fruit as well as juices, and a decent selection of both sweet and savoury foods). The hotel doesn't have its own bit of beach but has a couple of arrangements with neighbouring properties if you fancy lounging by the sea (euros 40 pd for an umbrella). There is parking on site (euros 20pd) but out of high season at least there is ample room on the street in front at no cost. Anything that could be better ? Well, I was disappointed by the coffee - the cappuccino was too milky and the americano too bitter (dare I ask - was there a hint of Nescafe in the latter ?). Otherwise, our stay was just perfect.

I'm already a guest of the Il Negresco for many years and it is always like coming home.
Most of the stuff is already working for a long time for the Hotel and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. They are providing bicycles, which are very popular in Forte dei Marmi, but the city centre is also in easy walking distance.
A big bonus in this Hotel is the well working high speed internet, which is unfortunately not standard in Forte.
Great breakfast and a very nice dinner a la carte.
