We really enjoyed reading your review about the Hotel. At the same time we are really sorry for the unpleasant experience with the waiter. We could not understand what exactly happened. Normally we have no complaints about the behavior of the waiters, but apparently that day was not a good day for that guy .. and we really apologize. About the menu: many restaurants decide not to have a fixed menu, but to offer customers every day a different proposal with fresh products available in the day. I can understand that it is not a choice shared by all, but this is the policy of the owners of the restaurant and anyway appreciated by the majority of the customers. If we will have the pleasure to have you again as guests, we guarantee that we will do our best to make your stay a really nice one.
