This was our first visit to Lake Garda. We [a family of three including an 18 year old son] chose the hotel following reviews on both TripAdvisor and Hotels.com, which were both accurate, although I rely more on the former. We booked in February and stayed for a week at the beginning of August 2016.
The hotel is located in Brenzone, about half way down the east coast of the lake and about 55kms / an hour's drive from Verona airport. We had a junior suite (room 10) with twin balconies, flat screen TV, good sized bed - my son was on a single bed - very clean and spacious [great bathroom, shower and spa bath] and fantastic views over the jetty, lake and to the mountains. The view is to die for! Uninterrupted joy with the sound of the water lapping against the rocks and beach in the morning. Heaven. The breakfast is brilliant. So much to choose from and all very fresh. Lots of juice, meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, breakfast to order...where do you stop? We ate at Al Vas, the restaurant on the jetty, although we had to eat inside on the night we booked, due to the weather. The food was great. I would recommend the a la carte rather than the daily local set menu.
The hotel offered spa sessions (my wife had three treatments/massages in our week there, very pleased) and the free use of kayaks and bikes including mountain bikes and battery assisted bikes. My son loved the kayaks and we all used the bikes.
The pool is lovely but very cold. The Wi-Fi is very weak and we struggled to get a decent connection but it was adequate most of the time.
The hotel staff were brilliant and exceptionally friendly. I made may enquiries before I arrived. Manuel was particularly helpful with booking a speedboat [available from the jetty] and booking other restaurants for us. The waiting staff and bar staff were all excellent, spoke good English and went out of their way to help us. Really appreciated.
There isn't a lot to do in Brenzone itself, one or two small restaurants outside of the hotel. The best one we thought was Taverna del Capitano (see TripAdvisor).
We had hired a car and aside from days in Milan (good) and Kastelruth (very good), we would travel locally and mainly ate in Castelletto. Some very good restaurants there (again, check out TripAdvisor).
Would we go to Lake Garda again? Almost certainly. Brenzone? Most likely. And if we did, we would stay at the Belfiore Park hotel without doubt. One German couple we spoke to said that this had been their fourth consecutive annual stay at the hotel as they loved it so much and were going to book next year too.
You won't be disappointed!

Room Tip: All rooms have a lake view, I believe. Room 10 is great but, from what we saw, they are all very good.

We stayed here for a week in August as a family of four in a Junior Prestige Suite themed on Enzo Ferrari.

This is definitely a superior 4 star and the service throughout reflected this. The room was modern, well decorated and cleaned twice a day. I would say this suite would be "cosy" for 4 adults (one child slept on a sofa bed and the other a supplementary bed added to the room. The lake view is worth the extra.

Breakfast was a well stocked buffet of hot and cold and the chance to order more dishes from a menu. The in-hotel restaurant Al Vas has a fantastic setting on the pier and the food was a very good standard. We ended up eating here for 4 of our 7 nights although there are 3 or 4 other restaurants within a gentle 15 minute walk.

Lots of extras included in the rate including free use of bikes, kayaks and SUPs. Free cake and Ice cream every afternoon and free wi-fi (although not the fastest). Plenty of sun beds in the private garden and beach right on the lake. Also a Spa in the basement with massage and beauty services.

Most impressed by the friendly and attentive service across the board. Would definitely stay here again although you obviously pay a premium for such service.

We had never visited Lake Garda before last week's most enjoyable holiday. We stayed 10-17 June. We booked through Gilli's Italian Holidays because she offers to find a good coeliac friendly place to stay. And boy did she find us a lovely place to stay!
This hotel is situated right on the lakeside with a lovely outlook across the lake to the mountains. Our room was on the third floor (there is a lift which we used sometimes), it was clean and tidied daily, with an evening tidy if you wanted it. There is a balcony with table and chairs and an awning; great for a quiet bit of reading and sunbathing.
The shower was wonderful - large shower head, with beautiful toiletries.
We had booked bed and breakfast but ate in the restaurant every night - that way I was assured of gluten free food at all times. One or two tiny glitches but Maitre Carmelo was onto them immediately! The quality of food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was absolutely superb. The gardens are very nice and it is a relaxing pleasure to sit on the decking on comfortable seating under the sun-sail canopy.
And - the staff - so friendly and warmly welcoming. The lovely lady who cleaned our room was charming and coped well with our inadequate Italian chat. All the restaurant staff work well together as a great team. We enjoyed the company of Marco and Fabiana in the bar. Everyone at this hotel works very hard but do not show any unwillingness to help their guests.

It has the view to the lake a pool and a private beach. Private parking. The staff are very helpful and kind. Room was very well decorated and big. The hotel's restaurant and bar and breakfast were very good and i enjoyed my time there tremendously even in the poor weather. Its very convient to get from the hotel to malcesine verona and the whole east side of Garda. But it is far from sirimione and there aren't any places to eat in walking distance

Dear Guest, thank you for your review! We are happy to read you could spend a good holiday in our Hotel and that you appreciated all our services and our gastronomic offer. As you noticed, our position on the East Coast of Lake Garda is very strategical, and you can reach many places in few time. About other places where to eat and taste Lake Garda specialities, you could find in the near Porto di Brenzone some restaurants (about 5 minutes walking), or also in Castelletto di Brenzone and Malcesine that are also very near by car, a wide offer of restaurants. Again thank you very much for your review and see you soon on Lake Garda again!
