Miramonti Park Hotel is a very good choice if you want to spend some time in Bormio and its slopes. The hotel has a classic style outwardly and inside with different size rooms but all well furnished and renewed bathroom. Some of the rooms have balcony, so be sure you request these when you book. The hotel has WiFi coverage but in some rooms the signal is so weak that you cannot use internet at all and you are oblige to stay in the lobby to have a decent connection (suggest to the management to install a few additional wires to offer in all the room WiFi coverage).
Hotel offers a small gym and spa, with a Jacuzzi pool outdoor with hot water to fight against Bormio's cold weather. It is also available a shuttle car to send you to the cable car, till the moment the hotel is not directly n the slopes but you have to walk around 15 minutes to reach the entrance.
Management is overall very nice but the whole structure lack of communication, during our stay the elevator didn't work for several days and nobody bother to put a sign on it to advise the customers. Staff were just looking the guests waiting endless time in the hope the elevator doors would open until they question the front desk about the elevator status and find out it was out of service.
Overall Miramonti Park Hotel is a good hotel and provide a nice stay, but to full reach the 4 stars experience need some small improvements that will make the stay unforgettable.

Room tip: Some rooms have balcony with nice view

This is a very nice and cosy hotel. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. The room was very spacious with an equally spacious bathroom and very nice view of the mountains. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel location is very central with ample parking space.

September is obviously between seasons here. Easy to find, but limited free parking (subsequently found more parking across the road). Check in was efficient, not overly friendly or welcoming.

Our room was large, but reminded me of the early 1970s by the decor and fittings. The bathroom was the same and in need of some proper cleaning - mould in the shower, dirty tile grouting and stains on the toilet seat!

The barman was under training and struggled to organise the most simple of drinks orders. And the restaurant was closed. But the receptionist did recommend a good restaurant in the town and breakfast was a vast buffet in the morning.

Overall, it is well past its sell by date and in need of modernisation. If you get a good price, as we did, it is acceptable, but not at anything approaching the displayed rack rate
