I haven't been in this restaurant as long as 8 years, but the same good vibrations of last visit were still there.
Paolo's idea of cooking is clearly expressed in his plates, simple and "di cuore", but you cannot avoid to notice the skilled hand behind his dishes.
Is like being invited to someone's place, because grandma is cooking; warm and cozy environment, together with a knowledgeable cooking.
If you are in the area DO NOT MISS IT!! One of the best restaurant in Liguria.
