If you are in the area it is certainly worth a visit.....buy the ticket that covers a number of tombs in the area as they all a little different. Also worth looking at the displays that show what the original building looked like....fascinating. Keep a look out for coaches of tourists......sadly we arrived at one tomb at the same time as a large group of tourists which meant it was not only busy but rather spoilt the atmosphere. At another we were alone which was great.

the prähistoric graves "li lolghi" near arzachena is one of the many cultural hotspots which is offered on sardinia. The imposing structure was built approximately 2000 bc and puts the visitor in a mysterious and mystical mood. it was very interessting to visit this place specially because we had this area for us alone. a must for everyone who is interessted in archeology and mystic. many stories are told about this place but no one knows which one is true. around arzachena there are some of theres giants graves to visit.

If you're only going to visit one giants' tomb in the north east of Sardinia, this one is definitely worth it. It's not the most visually spectacular monument you will ever see, but it is weird and wonderful enough to make it worth the trip. After all, ruins that date from 2500BC are pretty extraordinary - and a lot older than those relics of "Ancient" Rome!
