This experience was extraordinary. I am a chef myself in a fancy restaurant, and this was at least as good.
As a tourist in Italy you expect nothing more then a pasta pomodoro or something with mozzarella. You made the Italian cuisine your own. Your own style, all in the Italian theme.
We had three plates each and all of them were surprising in every way. We discovered new tastes and different structures. That all together just made great food!
